Ryan Brigham

Ryan is currently completing a Bachelor of Science and Certificate IV in Leadership & Management. He hopes to pursue a career in Medicine to explore his passion for helping vulnerable communities and reaching global health equity. Ryan founded Health in Focus in September 2020 to provide quality and accessible healthcare to those in need.

Quyen Hoang

Country Director, Vietnam

BBus & Masters in Sociology, Country Manager at The Green Lion Vietnam

Quyen has extensive experience in the volunteer and not-for-profit sectors. She has held the position of Country Manager for The Green Lion Vietnam since 2017, and regularly attends charity missions locally and abroad, including in Afghanistan and Somalia. Since November 2020 Quyen has overseen all outreach missions in Vietnam.

Josephine Ly

Country Coordinator, Australia

BSc, DDS, University of Melbourne General Dentist in Melbourne

As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, Josephine has made it her life mission to serve those in need. She is currently a full-time practicing dentist in St. Kilda, VIC Australia. Josephine hopes to utilize her clinical and leadership experiences to support vulnerable communities across Australia.

VCE Volunteering Coordinator

MD Student, Monash University

Ashley is a 3rd-year medical student at Monash University. She was one of the first volunteers to join Health in Focus as a VCE student in late 2020. Now, as the VCE Volunteering Program Coordinator, Ashley uses her passion for global health to mentor others.
